Anyone with sufficient authority within a school to authorise and process payment may apply for a school account. We usually ask that school trade accounts are set up in the name of whoever deals with invoicing at your school, typically a bursar or business manager.

Once we've approved your application and set you up, you'll receive a welcome email. After that, you can browse and shop at planbee.com just like any other customer. The only difference is that you will see the option 'Pay via Invoice' at the checkout.

No, once you have completed the checkout process, you will have immediate access to any resources you have purchased.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
No, we do not accept Purchase Orders. All ordering can be done from your school trade account. If you need to add a PO number to a purchase, you can do so during the checkout process.
