Ratio and Proportion

Ratio and proportion Maths planning, ready to teach.

Ratio and proportion can be tricky to teach, especially when it is often not explicitly taught until late in KS2. To make life easier for busy primary teachers, we've done the hard work! These ratio and proportion lessons and schemes of work include clear explanations and examples as well as helpful models to enable children to develop their skills comparing relative amounts, scaling shapes, and relating ratio and proportion to percentages.

The differentiated ratio and proportion worksheets and other resources include a variety of engaging activities and fun ratio and proportion word problems.
