Trouble viewing the site? 

We sometimes need to make updates to our site, which may means that planbee.com may not display correctly on your device. To view the most up-to-date version of the site, please do a ‘hard refresh’ of your browser window or tab:

On PCs (Windows): EITHER hold the Ctrl key and click the reload button near the top of the browser window/tab; OR press Ctrl + F5.

On Macs: EITHER hold the cmd key and click the reload button near the top of your browser window/tab; OR press cmd + shift + r.

Note that doing a ‘hard refresh’ may fix a number of browsing display issues for planbee.com or any other website. If this doesn’t fix things for you, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and history. The method for this varies, depending on your device, operating system and browser. If you’re unsure how to do this, refer to your browser’s help documentation.

Can I get a refund for a resource I purchased in error?

Yes, if you have not yet downloaded the resource. For more information about refunds, see our Terms & Conditions .

Can I get a refund for a resource I accidentally purchased twice?

Yes you can! Please get in contact .

Can I exchange a resource?

Yes, if you have not yet downloaded the resource. For more information about replacements, see our Terms & Conditions .

When will my resources be delivered?

All PlanBee resources are digital, download-only. We never deliver any physical copies of resources.

When will my resources be emailed to me?

We never email purchased resources. Any resources you purchase are available to download immediately from your PlanBee Account Dashboard. You can access your Account Dashboard by clicking Log In at the top of any page on planbee.com (if you are already logged in, your name will be displayed instead).

Can I be invoiced, rather than paying by card or PayPal?

Yes, if you have a PlanBee School Trade account. These are available on request.

What should I do if I find an error in a resource?

Please let us know ! All PlanBee resources are proofread, but occasionally, errors are missed. We correct errors as quickly as we are able to, often on the same day.

What should I do if there are things missing from my resource?

Please let us know ! All PlanBee resources are proofread, but occasionally, resources are left out of a lesson plan pack by mistake. We always supply missing resources as quickly as possible, often on the same day.

Do you have resources for Early Years or Foundation Stage (EYFS)?

No. We'd love to produce EYFS resources, but we are a small team, currently working flat-out to produce KS1 and KS2 resources. Maybe one day…

Do you have secondary school resources?

No. We currently have no plans to, either. We've still got so many primary resources to make!

Do you have English resources?

Soon… we're very excited about bringing out English lessons in the near future! Follow us on Twitter and/or Facebook to make sure your one of the first to hear about new English resources.

Do you have PSHE resources?

We do not currently have a dedicated PSHE subject area. However, we do have some multi-faith and non-faith RE schemes of work which cover some aspects of PSHE learning. Also, our entire Education for Social Responsibility (ESR) curriculum covers many aspects of PSHE, plus age-appropriate information about climate change, sustainability and other global environmental issues.

Do you have Computing resources?

Some of our Cross-curricular topics and Design and technology schemes of work include some computing, however we do not (yet!) have a dedicated Computing subject area.

What should I do if I can't download my resources?

Firstly, refreshing the page, then try again. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please get in contact .

What should I do if I am unable to print a resource?

All PlanBee resources are printable. If you are unable to print a resource, please get in contact .

What should I do if I am unable to open a resource?

Firstly, try re-downloading your resource (occasionally, files can be corrupted while downloading). Secondly, we recommend using the free Adobe Reader to view all PlanBee resources (all of which are in the PDF format).

Why are resources I previously purchased missing from my account?

We often find that our members have accidentally created more than one PlanBee account! You may have made a purchase using an account with another email address. Try logging in with another email address that you think you may have used previously. If you are still unable to locate resources you have previously purchased, please get in contact . We can also 'consolidate' resources you have purchased using multiple accounts into your one, main account, if you wish to.

What should I do if a link to a website or video in a resource is broken?

Occasionally, external links break, or are no longer available. If you discover a broken link in a resource, please let us know . If an alternative link can be found we will update the resource as quickly as possible.

Can I get a free sample?

Yes! We want teachers to be confident they are getting high-quality resources, before they commit to buying. To help, we have a range of samples, free to download .

Can I get a discount?

Yes! with PlanBee Bronze, Silver or Gold memberships, you can get a 10%, 30% or a massive 50% discount on all purchases for 12 months. For schools, we've created Platinum Memberships , which give you 12 months access to the entire PlanBee catalogue, with no extra charges.

Can I get a discount for buying in bulk?

Yes! All PlanBee memberships effectively offer a discount compared to buying resources as a standard member. We also offer Curriculum Packs  – collections of resources discounted by at least 10% compared to buying separately.

Why won't the discount code I've entered work?

Firstly, please double-check to ensure you have entered the code correctly. Secondly, the code may not be applicable to the resources you have in your basket. Thirdly, the code may have expired. If you believe the code you are trying to apply is valid, please get in contact .

Where do I apply a discount code?

You can apply a discount code in your Shopping Basket (once you have added a valid product, or products, to it). Click Basket in the top-right of any page, then click View & Edit Basket. Once in the Shopping Basket, click Add a Discount Code, then enter your code and click Apply.

Can I change my standard account to a school trade account?

Yes! Please get in contact  to arrange upgrading to a PlanBee School Trade account.

How can I reset my password?

How can I change my password?

Log in to your PlanBee account using your current password. Go to your Account Dashboard (click your name in the top-right of any page). You can change your password in the Account Information section.

How can I change my billing address?

Log in to your PlanBee account using your current password. Go to your Account Dashboard (click your name in the top-right of any page). You can change your billing address in the Address Book section.

How can I change my email address?

Log in to your PlanBee account using your current email address. Go to your Account Dashboard (click your name in the top-right of any page). You can change your email address in the Account Information section.

How do I get the 'free schemes' included with my membership?

Log in to your PlanBee account. Once logged in, you can see how many free schemes of work you have redeemed, and how many remain, in your Account Dashboard. Free schemes of work are any that contain up to seven individual lessons and are priced from £5 to £14.50. Add them to your Shopping Basket, and check out as usual. You will not be charged for any schemes of work in your basket that are included as part of your 'free schemes' membership quota.

Why is my membership discount not being applied?

Firstly, check that you are logged into your PlanBee account. Once logged in, discounts should be displayed on resources. If you have logged in and are still not seeing your discount, please get in contact .

How can I get access to every resource on the site?

PlanBee Platinum membership  provides total, unrestricted access to all PlanBee resources for 12 months. If you only require access to KS1 or KS2 resources, key stage-specific platinum memberships are available, too.
