What is PlanBee.com?

PlanBee is a teaching resources hive for primary school teachers where you can purchase and download ready-to-teach schemes of work for KS1 and KS2. Each lesson provides a lesson plan with corresponding slides and a variety of differentiated activities, worksheets and resources.

Do I need to register?

Yes, in order to place an order and download our teaching resources you do need to register for a free account.

How much does it cost?

It's free to create an account with PlanBee - you only pay for the teaching resources you order. Individual lessons start from just £2.99 and each includes a lesson plan, slides for the teaching input and any worksheets and resources needed for the lesson. Purchasing the 'Complete Series' of a module will provide all the individual lessons within the module and will save money compared to purchasing the lessons individually.

How do I create an account?

Registering for a free account is easy. After completing our registration form you will receive a confirmation email from our server requesting that you verify your email address. Click the link in this email, or you can copy and paste the URL into an internet browser. You will see a message confirming that your account has been activated. You are then free to start shopping for teaching resources! Click here to create your free account.

I did not receive a verification email; how do I verify my account?

If you did not receive a verification email, the first thing to do is to check your spam folder to see if it was blocked by mistake. If you are still having trouble, please contact us so we can manually verify your account for you.

I have forgotton my password; how do I recover it?

If you have forgotten your login password, you can request a password reminder to be sent to your email address. Simply click here and then enter the email address used to create your account and our server will email your login details to you.

How do I purchase a teaching resource?

To order any of our teaching resources, simply browse through our range of lesson plans and click the 'more information' link for details and purchasing options. You will then have the option to order individual lesson plans or you can purchase the complete series. Simply click the 'add to basket' button to add the lesson plan or complete series to your basket. Once your are ready to place your order, click the 'checkout' button in your basket. You will then have the chance to add any money-saving promotional codes before confirming your order. You will then be forwarded to PayPal to make a secure payment. Alternatively, if you have a school account the order will be added to your next invoice.

How do I receive my teaching resources?

Once your order has been successfully completed, your teaching resources will be available to download from your account on the PlanBee website. Simply '' to your account and click the 'My Downloads' tab where you can then download each of your purchased teaching resources using the 'download' link provided.

Do I need any special software to use these teaching resources?

Our teaching resources only require that you have the latest Adobe Reader installed. Adobe Reader is free to download and install. You will also need Winzip or similar to unzip the folders.

My school doesn't have a credit card. Can we pay be invoice?

If you would like to be invoiced for the resources you require, you have the option to open a school account with us. Simply click here to apply for a school account and a member of the team will contact the school to confirm the details. You will then be invoiced at the end of every month for any resources you have purchased.

Where can I find the receipts for my purchases?

to your PlanBee account and go to the 'Order History' tab. You can then print and save the receipts for each purchase.

What do I do if cannot download my resources?

If you get an error message when you try to download the resources, check that you have the software installed to unzip files, as well as Adobe Reader. If you have both of these requirements and still cannot load the resources, contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where can I find out about promotional codes?

Throughout the year, we offer various discount codes to our customers. If you would like details of these, you can opt to sign up for our newsletter in your PlanBee account. We will usually send no more than one or two emails a month. You can also visit our Facebook page where we often have special promotions for our followers.
